Shipment & Returns


The transport costs are the following:

  • Free when picking up in the shop (by appointment).

  • Free for a domestic delivery with an order amount of more than 100€.

  • 2,95€ for a domestic delivery with an order amount of less than 100€.

  • 10€ for a shipment outside Belgium and within Europe.


We provide a track&trace number for each delivery, which makes it possible to consult the status of each delivery at any time of the day.

Return policy

The following conditions must be respected in order to return a prodcut:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • The product must be returned in perfect condition, clean, unworn and with all the tags attached.

  • The product isn't in the list of the exluded items.(*)

You will be refunded by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is/are received at our shop. Only the return costs from your home to the webshop are for your own account. For the costs of a package, please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

(*) Exluded items (these can't be returned) 

For health protection and hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitair sticker is not removed and intact.

Items that aren't in a condition suitable for resale (e.g. used, washed, soiled or damaged by the buyer), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Please note that gift vouchers cannot be returned.

How to return?


  1. Send an email to to inform us about your return.

  2. Fill in the returns note using the return codes. Put the note inside the parcel. A return note is included in your parcel. If you no longer have this form, simply print and fill in all required information in a new form.

  3. Put your item(s) in the (original) box. Please be sure that the parcel is taped securely.

  4. Attach the label (bought by you) to the return parcel. You can send the package to the following address: Brusselstraat 23, 1702 Groot-Bijgaarden.

  5. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. Please remember to ask for a proof of postage, when dropping off the package at the Bpost parcel shop of your choice.

  6. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days after receipt of your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email from us. If you haven't received an email within 14 days after sending your return back to us, please conact us for further assistance.

Exchange for the same product in a different size or for another product?

In this case it is best to return the product you received and send us an e-mail in advance with the desired product of your choice or the correct size.
